Farm N Food Krishi Samman Awards 2026 will be held on 10th February 2026 at Kalkat Bhawan, Mohali, Punjab, honouring agricultural excellence across Haryana • Punjab • Himachal Pradesh, in the presence of Shri Gurmeet Singh Khudian, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Punjab, as Chief Guest, and Shri Shyam Singh Rana, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Haryana, as Guest of Honour, along with eminent dignitaries and agri leaders from allied sectors. The idea behind these award ceremonies is to encourage those farmers, agricultural scientists, or Krishi Vigyan Kendras who are increasing their yield by adopting innovative practices in farming, using natural fertilizers, preserving soil quality, and implementing new technologies. The goal is to inspire more people to learn from their methods and improve their own agricultural productivity.
In addition to this, many farmers are making remarkable progress not just in farming but also in areas like food processing, animal husbandry, and producing natural fertilizers themselves. Their products are gaining popularity both in India and abroad. In today's era of social media, videos of such farmers are inspiring countless others.
Farm N Food magazine is committed to providing a platform to such hardworking individuals in the agriculture sector, where their efforts can be recognized and honored. So far, around 70 farmers have been awarded the Farm N Food Krishi Samman Award. In March, similar award ceremonies are planned to be held in Bihar, Jharkhand as well.
